FUNCTIONAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT

This in-person or virtual assessment is a specialized evaluation that goes beyond traditional measurements to understand how your body truly moves and performs in everyday life. Instead of just focusing on isolated muscle strength or numbers on a scale, I will assess your ability to perform movements like squatting, lifting, bending, and reaching – the core actions you need for an active, pain-free life.
This assessment helps us identify any imbalances, limitations, or inefficient movement patterns that could be holding you back in your current workouts or increasing your risk of injury. From the assessment, I will provide specific strength and flexibility exercises to target the identified areas, helping you move better, feel stronger, and live more vibrantly.

Group training is a more affordable and motivating option for those who enjoy working out with others.
