How to Refresh Your Health Goals Mid-Year

It's hard to believe we're already more than halfway through 2025. And if you're like most people, those ambitious New Year’s health resolutions might have dissolved by now. Life happens, routines shift, and suddenly, July rolls around and you’re wondering where the first half of the year went. But here’s the good news: mid-year is the perfect time for a refresh, not a restart! You don't need to wait until January 1st to get back on track. It’s an opportunity to check in, celebrate your wins (no matter how small!), learn from what didn’t quite work, and realign your focus for the rest of the year. Step 1: The Honest Check-In
First, it's time to take an honest look at where you are. Through meaningful conversations, I will explore these areas with my client to be able to set goals that truly are attainable to them and align with their why.

How are you feeling?
What still feels important to you?
Step 2: Revisit Your Vision
One of the biggest reasons health goals fizzle out is a lack of a clear, inspiring vision. Without knowing where you’re going, it’s easy to get lost. This is the first thing I guide my clients to do. A powerful wellness vision will guide all of your smaller goals and actions. It moves beyond just a number on the scale or a specific food plan and taps into your deeper desires for a healthy, fulfilling life.
Step 3: Set Aligned & Attainable Goals
Once you have your vision, it’s time to set goals that actually serve it. This means creating both long-term aspirations that are aligned with your vision, and short-term, attainable steps that build momentum. This can take lots of brainstorming and conversation but the key here is to create attainable goals. Small, consistent wins build confidence and make the journey enjoyable, rather than overwhelming.
Step 4: Get Support and Guidance
